Contact Form

When you complete a contact form on our website, we collect the following information:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

The information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Form data is stored in the WordPress database and sent by email to the responsible person. The information will not be used for marketing without separately requested consent.

Retention Period: Contact information is deleted when it is no longer needed to process the inquiry.

Analytics

We use the Matomo analytics tool to understand how visitors use our site. Matomo is installed on our own server in Finland, so visitor data is not transferred to third parties.

Matomo may collect the following information:

  • IP address (anonymized – the complete IP address is not stored)
